To nominate someone please fill out the below application and submit a donation of at least $25. Honorees will be notified within a month and receive a 8.5x11 certificate delivered by a Leslie Public Schools Foundation board member. All honorees will also be highlighted on social media for their incredible work. This is a great way to show your appreciation for any staff member or honor an outstanding student!
